• An apple a day keeps the doctor away, though in this case it is apple cider vinegar. Using some cotton balls soak them in the vinegar then dab at the infected area. You could also add a little to water and drink it, or even add some to a bath and soak in it.

Use two or all three of these ideas and the results will impress you. If you find it doesn’t completely get rid of the problem it means there are a few yeast spores that are not being killed by the above methods and you should search for other ones.
