    • Fill your tub with hot water
    • In a mesh bag or cheesecloth have a mix of 1.4lb dried chamomile flowers
    • Add the bag to the bath water and allow to steep as you would with tea
    • When the water is warm but no longer hot take out the bag and add in some lavender oil and or tea tree oil
    • Get in the bath and make sure the affected area is submerged
    • Soak until the water cools (at least 20 minutes)
    • Do each day
    • Run your bath water to a warm not hot temperature
    • Add in half a cup of apple cider vinegar
    • Soak in the bath for at least twenty minutes
    • Run your bath water to just warm
    • Add baking soda
    • Sit and soak the affected area for a minimum of twenty minutes
    • While running a warm bath apply cold compresses to the affected area
    • In the bath add 1 cup of Epsom salts
    • Soak in the bath for twenty minutes
    • When getting out rub coconut oil where you are feeling itching symptoms
    • Run a warm bath
    • Add to the bath two teaspoons of raw grated ginger
    • Soak for fifteen to twenty minutes
    • Fill the bath with warm water
    • Add half a cup of Epsom salts, half of baking soda, half of sea salt
    • Add a few drops of lavender oil
    • Dissolve the salts then soak in the bath until water cools
    • Shower after to rinse
    • In a bowl cream together 10 garlic cloves, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, a drop of Vitamin E and then pour into a bottle
    • Leave the bottle for four days, shaking twice a day
    • Run your bath water and strain the contents of the bottle
    • Pour the strained liquid into the bath water and soak
    • Shower after to rinse
